Full Automatic Continuous 6hi Reversible Cold Rolling Mill Machine High Speed
The six-roll cold rolling mill is composed of frame, working roll, intermediate roll, supporting roll, pressing
down device, balancing bending roll cylinder block, emulsion injection device, connecting shaft fixing
device, roller changing track, rolling mill platform, escalator, cover, etc.
It is used for rolling hot rolled strip at normal temperature and finally rolled into strip with ideal thickness
after several passes.The cold rolling mill is a six - roller reversible cold rolling mill using hydraulic pressure
down and automatic control system with thickness.The machine is driven by middle roller.The middle roller
USES hydraulic cylinder to control the axial movement, the movement quantity is 100mm.Working roll and
middle roll are equipped with hydraulic bending roll device to cooperate with middle roll movement control
board.
