Four-roll cold rolling mill consists of frame, work roll system, backup roll system, pressing device, balance
bending roller block, emulsion injection device, shaft fixing device, roll change track, rolling mill platform,
escalator, cover, etc.
Delivery of technical data:
Party b shall provide the following information according to the manufacturing and construction progress of
the equipment:
1. Process layout and basic drawings of the equipment
2. Equipment maintenance instruction
3. Vulnerable parts drawing, spare parts detail or drawing of equipment
4. Electrical and hydraulic schematic diagram
Technical service, after-sales service commitment
1. The unit shall be installed at the construction site of party a, and party b shall dispatch relevant personnel
to provide on-site technical services.
2. The warranty period is 12 months after the normal equipment debugging and acceptance.
3. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails, party b shall send technicians to the site to deal with or
assist in the solution, and repair or replace the parts free of charge for the damage caused by non-human
factors.
4. Upon expiration of the warranty period, party b shall, as far as possible, provide party a with
convenience, help to solve problems arising from the operation of the equipment and provide sincere
service.
5. Preferential supply of spare parts.
