1. Vacuum chamber is made of horizontal cylindrical or square, 304 stainless steel or high quality carbon
 
steel. The vacuum chamber size can be customized according to the width and volume of customers'

2. The vacuum system is composed of 1 to 2 diffuser, roots pump, mechanical pump, etc., and adopts
 
pneumatic and solenoid valve;
 
 
3. The winding system adopts 6-10 roller, which is driven by an electric motor with rollers, roll rollers and
 
water-cooling rolls;
 
 
4. The coating system can choose evaporating wire coating system, inductive evaporation system and
 
magnetron sputtering coating system according to the product.The wire feeding mechanism and induction
 
heating system contain crucible, electrode, water cooling, wire feeding machine, power supply, etc.The
 
magnetron sputtering can be matched with 1-10 plane targets and sputtering power sources;
 
 
5. Vacuum auxiliary pumping system is equipped with a quick circulating low temperature water vapor trap.
