1. Coating room: the traditional vertical or efficient horizontal structure design, full stainless steel material,
vacuum chamber of the effective diameter 800 mm to 2000 mm, double walled water cooling structure,
with plug-in in antifouling stainless steel plate, easy to clean and operation, etc.
2. The vacuum system: mechanical pump, rotary vane pump, roots pump, molecular pump, cryogenic
pump, with cold trap of high vacuum oil diffusion pump large pumping speed extraction system, the
backing pump optional oil-free vacuum pumps, stainless steel pipes and valves.
3. The coating system: adopting multiple sets of intermediate frequency magnetron sputtering power
